How do I add a payment method?

For both User and Merchant accounts, you can go to your profile, click the drop-down menu that is located in the top left corner of the screen, and select "payment". In the payment section, you can add a credit or debit card, and follow steps to add your billing information.

**Please note, there may be additional rules and/or steps for verifying international payment methods, which may require contacting your financial institution to allow access to an international payment source. Additional payment methods or services may be added in the future to more easily support international payments.

How do I switch accounts from merchant to personal/consumer profile?

From the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen, select the "profile" icon, and then select the profile menu (the three bars located in the upper left corner of the screen). From the profile menu, select the option for "Switch Accounts" to view and choose from different accounts available (e.g. merchant profile vs. personal/consumer profile).

Where can I find more information on HUMBL Pay's data privacy?

From the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen, select the "profile" icon, and then select the profile menu (located in the upper left corner of the screen). From the profile menu, select the option for "settings", and select the option for "legal & terms". Alternatively, you can find our data privacy policy located at the bottom of our website, humblpay.com.

Where do I view transactions in my profile?

From the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen, click on the "profile" icon, and then click on the profile menu (located in the upper left corner of the screen). From the profile menu, select the option for "transactions". You will be able to view past transactions that include details of the merchant's account name, date of transaction, and amount.

Can an account be active and in use on multiple devices at one time?

Yes, an account can be active across multiple devices (e.g. phones and tablets).
